More Retribution! (Of wood elves)
Here is my second post of retributionist mayhem and/or painted figures. For this month I did a manticore (who can interposably be swapped into a hydra, but those arms aren’t painted yet, so they would look funky). Here he is, in all his glory, mooning you…
He’s mooning you because he’s angry that his arms have been ripped off, and he thinks the light makes him look too shiny (I agree, and I still need to dullcote him). Also that’s just the way he is positioned. Here’s another picture, where he is less angry because I gave him his arms back…

The manticore makes a perfect 8pts for me for another month completed. Will definitely have to start seeing more elves and less myrmidons in the coming months…
dang! nice work bro… also… i dont know if its legal to paint just the arms to get another 8 pt jack is it??? hmmm something fishy going on here…

I think he should glue the arms onto reinholdt and call him epic reinholdt.
Kudos for a job well done. Definitely looking better than last month. Very much cleaner and smoother. Like a woman’s leg. Finish that base though!!

Nah, totally not legal at all to paint the other arms for 8pts… the hydra is 9pts.
But seriously, no I’m not doing that, but I do plan on painting them and getting pictures up just to show what’s up. As for now, I plan on having the manticore in the ToP army. Technically, though, with the original rules about swapping out for other models that you completely painted within the ToP time, I think I could switch him for the hydra if I wanted.
Also, thundernuts should stop biatching about bases before I get all up in his case and cram a base in his face.

that comment was ace… but under live to crush rules you should use a mace. crump him with a nice slow pace with grace. before he gives chase or blocks with his arm brace. just dont do that at my place. dont want blood on the table lace, not a trace.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
