Thanks Krosis. The body is a games workshop wraith. I removed the weapon and head. Then, I drilled out the hands and opened one up and spread the fingers to give it more than two clenched fists.

The head is a green stuff sculpted pumpkin made from scratch

I don’t think that killing all the heroes closes down the dungeon. I’m pretty sure that unless they decide to flee they can still wander back in and keep fighting their way through if they so choose.

That being said, on a level where you have naught but eldritch monsters and have both Evil Genius and Trapmaster choosing to flee may have been a great idea anyway.

I measured the model this morning. Its 4.5 inches from hand to hand and 4 inches to the top of the necrovent exhaust.
